Video relay telephony: a hearing caller, a deaf caller and an interpreter held in one live session. I work on the routing layer — session setup, interpreter handoff, and the supervision trees that decide what happens when a leg drops mid-sentence.

I also kept the S3, CloudFront and Route 53 infrastructure underneath them, and the Jenkins pipelines that shipped the PHP applications alongside — the same sites, from the API down to the DNS.

Four years leading the move from Magento 1 to Magento 2 — a re-platform wearing an upgrade's clothes. I implemented WCAG 2.1 and WAI-ARIA across every interface it touched, and used New Relic to find the slow paths and the ones causing incidents. This is where the accessibility habit started.
